MTS) gesichtet.<\/li>\n<li>Patienten, die als Fu\u00dfg\u00e4nger kommen, werden einem Sichtungsbereich zugef\u00fchrt (\u201egemeinsamer Tresen\u201c). Hier wird durch ein geeignetes System und qualifiziertes Personal sowohl die Behandlungsdringlichkeit (z.B. MTS, ESI, geschultes Klinikpersonal), als auch die Behandlungs\u2010 stufe (ambulant\/station\u00e4r) festgestellt. F\u00fcr diese Entscheidung ist ein geeignetes System zu entwickeln und die geeignete Qualifikation festzulegen.<\/li>\n<li>Entsprechend dieser Feststellung wird der Patientin die Notfallpraxis oder die Notaufnahme gelenkt. Zuordnung der Versorgungsstufe kann jederzeit im weiteren behandlungsverlauf be\u2010 gr\u00fcndet ge\u00e4ndert werden.<\/li>\n<li>In einem INZ muss die bedarfsgerechte ambulante Versorgung durch eine KV\u2010Notdienstpraxis sichergestellt werden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Als Mindestvoraussetzungen gelten hier:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Die Erreichbarkeit 24\/7<\/li>\n<li>Die Pr\u00e4senzzeit 12h\/Tag (7 Tage\/Woche, z.B. beginnend 10:00 Uhr)<\/li>\n<li>Die Qualifikationsanforderung (Haus\u00e4rztinnen \/ Haus\u00e4rzte, Fach\u00e4rzte aus einem Gebiet mit Bezug zur allgemeinen Notfallversorgung)<\/li>\n<li>Die Ausstattung (EKG\u2010Schreibung und \u2013Interpretation, kleine Wundversorgung, Notfall\u2010Sonographie)<\/li>\n<li>Die geregelte Kooperation (z.B.: Notfall\u2010R\u00f6ntgen\u2010 und\/oder Labordiagnostik)<\/li>\n<li>Barrierefreier Austausch der Daten zwischen den Sektoren ist von erfolgskritischer Bedeutung<\/li>\n<li>INZ sollen in eine sektoren\u00fcbergreifende Auswertung der Notfallbehandlungsdaten einbezogen werden.
