Restart the heart.\u00a0<strong>BMJ Case Rep<\/strong> 2016. doi:10.1136\/bcr-2016-214382<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Der Fall beschreibt einen 21-j\u00e4hrigen Fussballspieler mit pr\u00e4hospitalen Herzkreislaufstillstand nach\u00a0stumpfen Thoraxtrauma\u00a0bzw. Commotio Cordis aufgrund einer Kollision mit einem Gegenspieler: &#8222;Schulter gegen Brustkorb&#8220;. Der Spieler wurde von seinen Teamkollegen laienreanimiert und einmalig mittels AED defibrilliert, danach liess sich ein ROSC mit einer GCS von 14 erzielen. Der Einsatz der Teamkollegen des Patienten war entscheidend f\u00fcr das \u00dcberleben des Patienten, der wichtige Aspekt der Laienreanimation wird hier hervorgehoben.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ein stumpfes Thoraxtrauma kann wenn es in der vulnerablen Phase des Herzrhythmus auftritt zu Arryhthmien oder wie in dem von <em><strong>Klingberg et al.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/em>beschriebenen\u00a0Fall zu Kammflimmern f\u00fchren. In Abwesenheit von strukurellen Sch\u00e4den bezeichnet man dies dann als Commotio cordis. In der Literatur sind niedrige \u00dcberlebensraten um 20% beschrieben. Die fr\u00fche Defibrillation ist entscheidend f\u00fcr das \u00dcberleben bei Kammerflimmern auch nach Commotio cordis (<em><span class=\"\">Maron BJ, Commotio cordis.
