Neben der Tatsache, dass die angehenden\u00a0Not\u00e4rzte hierbei lediglich ein sehr eingeschr\u00e4nktes Einsatzspektrum\u00a0aufgrund der statistischen Einsatzverteilung erleben, steht\u00a0auf der anderen Seite das Problem der hohen zeitlichen Belastung. Je\u00a0nach Notarztstandort ist die Einsatzfrequenz zum Teil sehr niedrig, so\u00a0dass es einen gro\u00dfen zeitlichen Aufwand darstellt, bis die 50 Eins\u00e4tze\u00a0absolviert sind.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seit einiger Zeit existiert das Konzept NaSim25, welches jetzt auch\u00a0durch die Landes\u00e4rztekammer Rheinland-Pfalz anerkannt ist \u2013 viele\u00a0andere Landes\u00e4rztekammern rechnen ebenfalls die Simulationseins\u00e4tze\u00a0auf die praktische Ausbildung im Rahmen der Erlangung der\u00a0Zusatzbezeichnung Notfallmedizin an. Somit k\u00f6nnen angehende\u00a0Not\u00e4rzte bis zu 25 Eins\u00e4tze durch ein strukturiertes Simulationscurriculum\u00a0ersetzen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Die Teilnehmer\/innen von NaSim Ludwigshafen werden eigenst\u00e4ndig\u00a0in einem gesch\u00fctzten Umfeld seltene, aber \u00e4u\u00dferst relevante\u00a0Eins\u00e4tze auch mit hoher Komplexit\u00e4t trainieren und mittels\u00a0strukturierter Nachbesprechung praxisorientiert aufarbeiten.
