Notfallmedizin up2date 2018; 13: 271-289<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>KERNAUSSAGEN<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pflegegest\u00fctzte Ersteinsch\u00e4tzungssysteme sind\u00a0ein unverzichtbares Instrument an der Prozessspitze\u00a0der Notfallversorgung in Zentralen Notaufnahmen.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Manchester Triage System(MTS) und Emergency\u00a0Severity Index (ESI) sind f\u00fcr deutsche Notaufnahmen\u00a0die am besten evaluierten Systeme. Zum\u00a0gegenw\u00e4rtigen Zeitpunkt kann kein System als zu\u00a0bevorzugendes Systemklassifiziert werden.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seitens der Krankenhausleitung muss ausreichend\u00a0Personal zur Verf\u00fcgung gestellt werden, sodass\u00a0gerade in sog. Overcrowding-Situationen gew\u00e4hrleistet\u00a0ist, dass \u00fcber 24\/7 eine Ersteinsch\u00e4tzung\u00a0unmittelbar nach Eintreffen des Notfallpatienten\u00a0stattfindet. Der G-BA hat hierzu als Qualit\u00e4tsindikator\u00a0eine sog. \u201ePr\u00e4-Triagezeit\u201c von max. 10 Minuten\u00a0festgelegt.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mit der Anwendung von Ersteinsch\u00e4tzungssystemen\u00a0ist zwingend die regelm\u00e4\u00dfige \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung\u00a0der Anwendung verkn\u00fcpft.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">In einem intensiven Feedbackmechanismus muss\u00a0zudem die Qualit\u00e4t der Ersteinsch\u00e4tzung erfasst,\u00a0wissenschaftlich evaluiert und weiter optimiert\u00a0werden. Hierzu bedarf es Studien, die gezielt das\u00a0Verbesserungspotenzial der Ersteinsch\u00e4tzungssysteme\u00a0hinsichtlich ihrer symptomorientierten\u00a0Ausrichtung verbessern.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Gr\u00e4ff I et al.
