F\u00fcr Not\u00e4rzte und Rettungsdienstpersonal.\u00a0An\u00e4sth Intensivmed 2012; 53: 294-308<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Demnach sind eigentlich mindestens 100 Intubationen (ETI) zu fordern, bevor man guten Gewissens in der pr\u00e4hospitalen Notfallmedizin intubieren sollte, und zur Aufrechterhaltung dieser F\u00e4higkeit mindestens 10 Intubationen pro Jahr.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nun wurde in einer klinischen Beobachtungsstudie aus S\u00fcd-Korea untersucht, wieviel Intubationserfahrung man braucht, um unter laufender kardiopulmonaler Reanimation und unter Weiterf\u00fchrung der Thoraxkompressionen richtig gut intubieren zu k\u00f6nnen. Bei Patienten unter kardiopulmonaler Reanimation ist es ganz besonders wichtig, den Intubationsvorgang m\u00f6glichst schnell abzuschlie\u00dfen. 25% aller Unterbrechungen der Thoraxkompressionen werden durch die Intubationsversuche verursacht.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Kim SY et al.
