Resuscitation 2018; 129:48-54<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<ul>\n<li>systematische Literatur-\u00dcbersicht und Metaanalyse<\/li>\n<li>gesucht wurden s\u00e4mtliche verf\u00fcgbare Publikationen, in denen das Outcome von Patienten nach kardiopulmonaler Reanimation durch ein Team, mit mindestens einem ACLS-trainierten Mitglied, verglichen wurde mit dem Ergebnis nach Reanimation durch ein Team ganz ohne ACLS-Training<\/li>\n<li>insgesamt konnten 8 Studien identifiziert werden<\/li>\n<li>alle Studien waren retrospektive Beobachtungsstudien<\/li>\n<li>alle Studien bezogen sich ausschlie\u00dflich auf die innerklinische Reanimation<\/li>\n<li>in 6 Studien (mit insgesamt n=1461 Patienten) wurde die ROSC-Rate angegeben<\/li>\n<li>in 7 Studien (mit insgesamt n=1507 Patienten) wurde Krankenhausentlassungsrate angegeben<\/li>\n<li>eine Studie (mit n=156 Patienten) gibt die 30-Tage-\u00dcberlebensrate an<\/li>\n<li>zwei Studien (mit n=455 Patienten) geben die 1-Jahres-\u00dcberlebensrate an<\/li>\n<li>die Qualit\u00e4t aller inkludierten Studien f\u00fcr eine Metaanalyse war gering aufgrund der Vielzahl an m\u00f6glicherweise beeinflussenden Faktoren bei ein Team-Mitglied bei der Reanimation ein ACLS-Training absolviert hat, kann eine h\u00f6here Rate an ROSC und eine h\u00f6here Krankenhausentlassungsrate erzielt werden<\/li>\n<li>hinsichtlich der 30-Tage- bzw. der 1-Jahres-\u00dcberlebensrate k\u00f6nnen aufgrund der geringen Studienanzahl und der breiten Konfidenzintervalle keine Aussage zuverl\u00e4ssige Aussage getroffen werden<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Was w\u00e4ren noch interessante Fragen:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>l\u00e4sst sich dieser Effekt auch bei pr\u00e4hospitalen Reanimationen beobachten?<\/li>\n<li>ist der Effekt noch gr\u00f6\u00dfer, wenn das komplette Team ein ACLS-Training absolviert hat?<\/li>\n<li>wie ist der Effekt auf das langfristige \u00dcberleben?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><a
