Die Diagnosestellung kann aufgrund des vielf\u00e4ltigen Erscheinungsbildes\u00a0erschwert sein und eine Beteiligung anderer\u00a0kardialer Strukturen muss immer ausgeschlossen werden.\u00a0Die definitive Therapie besteht aus der kompletten Entfernung\u00a0des gesamten Systems, welche transven\u00f6s in spezialisierten\u00a0Zentren sicher und erfolgreich durchgef\u00fchrt\u00a0werden kann. Eine erneute Implantation des Aggregates\u00a0ist nicht bei allen Patienten erforderlich.
