Diese sind jedoch nur bedingt anwendbar, wenn der Patient noch mittels einer Winden- oder Longline (MERS)-Aktion gerettet werden muss.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In einem aktuell im Scandinavian Journal of Trauma, Resusciation and Emergency Medicine ver\u00f6ffentlichten Artikel wurden die Daten aus s\u00e4mtlichen verf\u00fcgbaren Ver\u00f6ffentlichungen zum Airwaymanagement vor Winden- oder Longline-Aktionen zusammengefasst. Hierauf basierend wurden Empfehlungen entwickelt, die es in solchen Spezialf\u00e4llen zu ber\u00fccksichtigen gilt und die von der medizinischen Kommission der International Commission for Alpine Rescue (ICAR MEDCOM) bef\u00fcrwortet werden.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Pietsch U et al: Advanced airway management in hoist and longline operations in mountain HEMS \u2013 considerations in austere environments: a narrative review.
