Vergiftungen mit psychotropen\u00a0Substanzen.\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Med Klin Intensivmed Notfmed 2017,\u00a0<\/strong><strong>DOI 10.1007\/s00063-017-0323-8<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Die Kollegen unterteilen die Pr\u00e4sentationsform des Patienten in folgende Toxidrome und Situationen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Sympathomimetisches Syndrom<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Anticholinerges Syndrom<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Cholinerges Syndrom\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Sedierend-narkotisches Syndrom<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Halluzinogenes Syndrom<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Serotonerges Syndrom<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Sympathomimetisches Syndrom <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Symptomatik\/Haut: hei\u00df und feucht<\/li>\n<li>Ausl\u00f6sende Substanzen: \u00a0Amphetamine, Ephedrin, Kokain (\u201eUpper\u201c), MAO-Hemmer<\/li>\n<li>Symptome: Tachykardie, Hypertonie, Tachypnoe, Hyperthermie, Mydriasis, Hyperreflexie, \u00a0Kopfschmerzen, Arrhythmien, Myokardisch\u00e4mien,\u00a0Unruhe, Agitation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Anticholinerges Syndrom\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Symptomatik\/Haut:\u00a0hei\u00df und trocken<\/li>\n<li>Ausl\u00f6sende Substanzen: Trizyklische Antidepressiva (TAD), H1-Antihistaminika oder Alkaloide der Nachtschattengew\u00e4chse (Atropin, Scopolamin)<\/li>\n<li>Symptome: Tachykardie, Hyperthermie, Tachypnoe,Mydriasis, Harnverhalt, Darmparalyse, Tremor und Krampfanf\u00e4lle,\u00a0Agitation, Halluzinationen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Cholinerges Syndrom\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Symptomatik\/Haut:\u00a0tr\u00e4nend und mit Bauchschmerzen,\u00a0feucht<\/li>\n<li>Ausl\u00f6sende Substanzen: Muskarinhaltige Pilze, wie Inocybe erubescens, Acetylcholinesterasehemmer (Organophosphate wie Dimethoat und Parathion)<\/li>\n<li>Symptome: Bradykardie, Miosis, Tr\u00e4nen- und Speichelfluss, Bronchosekretion, unwillk\u00fcrlicher Harn- und Stuhlabgang, Akkomodationsst\u00f6rungen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Sedierend-narkotisches Syndrom<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Symptome: zerebral und kardiopulmonal reduziert<\/li>\n<li>Ausl\u00f6sende Substanzen Ethanol, Barbiturate, Benzodiazepine und andere benzodiazepinartige Sedativa (\u201eZ-drugs\u201c), H1-Antihistaminika,Opiate\/Opioide (\u201eDowner\u201c)<\/li>\n<li>Symptome: Bradykardie, Hypotonie, Bradypnoe, Hypothermie; evtl. Miosis (Opiatvergiftung), Vigilanzminderung bis Koma, evtl.
