Resuscitation 2017; 115: 155-162<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/24240611\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>LINC Studie<\/strong><\/a> beinhaltete zwei Studienarme, einmal mit\u00a0manuellen Thoraxkompressionen und dem Universalen Reanimationalgorithmus gem\u00e4\u00df ERC\/AHA und einmal einen eigenen Reanimationalgoricthmus f\u00fcr die maschinelle Reanimation mittels LUCAS. Bei der manuellen Reanimation erfolgten die Defibrillationen immer in den Puls\/Rhythmuspausen alle 2 min und bei der maschinellen Reanimation mit LUCAS nach 90 Sekunden bei 180 Sekunden andauernden Kompressionsphasen. Warum ist diese Subgruppenanalyse interessant?<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Im\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/25467566\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">PARAMEDIC trial<\/a> mit 2 Minuten-Algorithmen zeigte sich ein schlechtes Behandlungsergebnis bei Patienten mit initialem Kammerflimmern\/pulslose ventricular Tachykardie (VF\/VT) in der\u00a0mit LUCAS behandelten Gruppe und diese Patienten erhielten auch mehr Adrenalin als in der manuellen Thoraxkompressionsgruppe. <\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In beiden Gruppen der LINC-Studie erhielten alle Patienten initial manuelle Thoraxkompressionen und bei KF\/VT eine initiale Defibrillation vor Einschluss in die Behandlungsarme. Resuscitation 2017; 115:155\u2013162<\/h5>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Die Autoren schlussfolgerten aus ihrer Untersuchung, dass sich keine Unterschied zwischen dem kurzzeitigen und langfristigen Behandlungsergebnis zwischen beiden Gruppen bei Patienten mit KF\/VT fand. Die Zeit bis zur 1 Defibrillation und die Zeit zwischen zwei Defibrillationen waren in der LUCAS-CPR Gruppe gr\u00f6\u00dfer.
