Januar 2014\u00a0in Kraft getretene <strong>Notfallsanit\u00e4tergesetz\u00a0(NotSanG)<\/strong> wurde die Ausbildung\u00a0des Rettungsdienstfachpersonals\u00a0grundlegend reformiert.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durch die\u00a0nun dreij\u00e4hrige, kombinierte theoretisch-praktische Ausbildung soll der\u00a0<strong>Rettungsdienstberuf aufgewertet<\/strong> werden.\u00a0Der zuk\u00fcnftige \u201eNotfallsanit\u00e4ter\u201c \u00a0(als Ersatz des Rettungsassistenten) soll\u00a0ausgew\u00e4hlte, bisher dem Notarzt vorbehaltene\u00a0Ma\u00dfnahmen bis zu dessen\u00a0Eintreffen selbstst\u00e4ndig und eigenverantwortlich\u00a0durchf\u00fchren k\u00f6nnen. Dabei\u00a0ist analog zum nicht\u00e4rztlichen Paramedic-System im angloamerikanischen\u00a0Raum ein prim\u00e4r auf Algorithmen basiertes\u00a0Vorgehen vorgesehen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Die Erfahrungen zur Etablierung eines Ausbildungscurriculums an einem universit\u00e4ren Maximalversorger haben nun Girrbach et al. zusammengestellt:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Girrbach FF, et al. Die praktische Ausbildung von Notfallsanit\u00e4tern. Umsetzung am Universit\u00e4tsklinikum Leipzig.
