{"id":17473,"date":"2023-09-24T04:40:19","date_gmt":"2023-09-24T02:40:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/news-papers.eu\/?p=17473"},"modified":"2023-09-22T11:13:26","modified_gmt":"2023-09-22T09:13:26","slug":"ai-so-gut-wie-die-notaufnahme","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/news-papers.eu\/?p=17473","title":{"rendered":"AI so gut wie die Notaufnahme ?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Chat GPT ist in aller Munde &#8211; der Generative Pretrained Transformer erkl\u00e4rt sich selbst als &#8222;<em>Software, die mit einem dem Menschen \u00e4hnlichen Verst\u00e4ndnis Texte generiert, um Fragen zu beantworten oder sich an Konversationen zu beteiligen<\/em>&#8222;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nachdem Chat GPT in diesem Jahr bereits die Fragen des medizinischen Staatsexamens (M1 + M2) so beantwortete, dass die Software mit der Note 4 (M1 60,1 % = 158\/263) und im M2 66,7 % = 168\/252) bestanden h\u00e4tte, hat sich nun eine Arbeitsgruppe aus den Niederlanden gefragt, ob damit auch weitgehend die Fragen von Patienten in der Notaufnahme beantwortet oder gar Verdachtsdiagnose gestellt werden k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<div class=\"inline-authors\">\n<div class=\"authors\">\n<blockquote>\n<div class=\"authors-list\"><strong><span class=\"authors-list-item \">Ten Berg H<span class=\"comma\">, <\/span><\/span><span class=\"authors-list-item \">van Bakel B<span class=\"comma\">, <\/span><\/span><span class=\"authors-list-item \">van de Wouw L<span class=\"comma\">, <\/span><\/span><span class=\"authors-list-item \">Jie KE<span class=\"comma\">, <\/span><\/span><span class=\"authors-list-item \">Schipper A<span class=\"comma\">,<\/span><\/span><span class=\"authors-list-item \"> Jansen H<span class=\"comma\">, <\/span><\/span><span class=\"authors-list-item \">O&#8217;Connor RD<span class=\"comma\">, <\/span><\/span><span class=\"authors-list-item \">van Ginneken B<span class=\"comma\">, <\/span><\/span><span class=\"authors-list-item \">Kurstjens S. <\/span><\/strong><strong><span class=\"title-text\">ChatGPT and Generating a Differential Diagnosis Early in an Emergency Department Presentation <\/span><\/strong><strong>ahead of print, <span class=\"identifier doi\"><span class=\"id-label\">DOI: <\/span> <a class=\"id-link\" href=\"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.1016\/j.annemergmed.2023.08.003\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-ga-category=\"full_text\" data-ga-action=\"DOI\"> 10.1016\/j.annemergmed.2023.08.003 <\/a><\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Beispielhaft wurden die annonymisierten Daten (inklusive Untersuchungsbefunden und Laborergebnissen) von 30 Patienten aus dem Pool der Notaufnahme des Jeroen-Bosch-Krankenhaus in &#8217;s- Hertogenbosch in die Sofware eingegeben. Der Auftrag an die Software lautete f\u00fcnf m\u00f6gliche Diferentialdiagnosen vorzuschlagen. Diese wurde mit den von den Notaufnahme\u00e4rzten dokumentierten Differentialdiagnosen und mit der abschlie\u00dfenden Diagnose der Patienten verglichen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bei den \u00c4rzten fand sich die richtige Diagnose in 87 % der F\u00e4lle unter den Differentialdiagnosen, bei der ChatGPT (Version 3.5) sogar in 97 % der F\u00e4lle. Damit der Bot in der Lage medizinische Differentialdiagnosen vorzuschlagen. Nicht immer jedoch seien die Begr\u00fcndungen des Chatbots medizinisch plausibel gewesen, manchmal gar widerspr\u00fcchlich. Dies k\u00f6nne zu Fehldiagnosen mit schwerwiegenden Folgen f\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">K\u00fcnstliche Intelligenz entwickelt sich schneller, als wir angenommen h\u00e4tten.
