{"id":16513,"date":"2023-01-03T03:33:31","date_gmt":"2023-01-03T02:33:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/news-papers.eu\/?p=16513"},"modified":"2023-01-03T01:38:40","modified_gmt":"2023-01-03T00:38:40","slug":"soap-me-by-nerdfallmedizin","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/news-papers.eu\/?p=16513","title":{"rendered":"SOAP ME by Nerdfallmedizin"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Die Kollegen von <a href=\"https:\/\/nerdfallmedizin.blog\/2023\/01\/02\/die-nerdfallmedizin-checkliste-intubation-und-notfallnarkose\/#more-12310\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Nerdfallmedizin<\/a> haben haben den <a href=\"https:\/\/umem.org\/educational_pearls\/2577\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>SOAP ME<\/strong> -Algorithmus<\/a> aufgegriffen, auf deutsche Verh\u00e4ltnisse angepasst und in einer \u00fcbersichtlichen <strong><a href=\"\/\/\/Users\/bjoern\/Downloads\/NarkoseIntubCheckliste.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Checkliste f\u00fcr die Notfallnarkose und Atemwegssicherung zum Download<\/a><\/strong> bereitgestellt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Damit ist den Kollegen eine Checkliste gelungen, die f\u00fcr viele in Notfall- und Akutmedizin T\u00e4tige &#8211; \u00c4rztinnen und \u00c4rzte, wie auch Assistenzpersonal &#8211; sehr hilfreich sein kann, wenngleich die Kollegen beim Vorschlag der Narkosemedikamente nicht den Mumm hatten, so &#8222;<em>quick and dirty<\/em>&#8220; zu sein, wie sie es selbst \u00fcberschrieben haben:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Wenn es wirklich schnell gehen muss, reichen erfahrungsgem\u00e4\u00df EsKetamin (2 mg\/kgKG; ca. 200mg) und Rocuronium (1 mg\/kgKG; ca. 100mg) zur Narkoseinduktion v\u00f6llig aus. Anders als bei der analgetischen Dosierung ist bei Narkoseeinleitung mit EsKetamin kein zus\u00e4tzliches Sedativum erforderlich.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Aber dazu kann sich jeder selbst ein Bild machen, keinesfalls soll diese Kritik den Wert dieser \u00fcberaus hilfreichen Checkliste schm\u00e4lern.
