Notfallkrankenh\u00e4user: Massive Belastungssituationen. Dtsch \u00c4rztbl 2022, online<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Das Umfrageergebnis zeigt folgendes Szenario bei den Notfallkliniken:<\/p>\n<p>A)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <strong>Mangel an station\u00e4ren Versorgungsm\u00f6glichkeiten<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Die real belegbaren Betten lagen im Durchschnitt der Kliniken um ca. 18% niedriger als die im Krankenhausplan angegeben Planbetten der H\u00e4user im Jahr 2021. In 86% der H\u00e4user wurde ein Mangel an normalstation\u00e4ren Betten, in 54% an Intensivbetten und in 48% an intermediate care Betten berichtet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>B)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <strong>\u00dcberf\u00fcllung der Notaufnahmen<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">66% der Notfallkliniken berichteten \u00fcber eine gef\u00e4hrliche \u00dcberbelegung (Overcrowding) der Notaufnahme am Umfragetag, die in Anlehnung an das international anerkannten CEDOCS-System ermittelt und mit CEDOC Level 4\u20136 quantifiziert wurde. Ursache des Overcrowdings war einerseits die fehlende M\u00f6glichkeit die Patienten zur weiteren station\u00e4ren Behandlung auf eine Station abzuverlegen (84%), anderseits die anhaltende Zuweisung von Patienten \u00fcber den Rettungsdienst. 59% der Notfallkliniken hatten bei der integrierten Leitstelle ihre Kapazit\u00e4tsersch\u00f6pfung angezeigt. Trotz Meldung der Notfallklinik \u00fcber ersch\u00f6pfte Versorgungsm\u00f6glichkeiten mussten diese in fast 95% weiter durch den Rettungsdienst angefahren werden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>C)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<strong> Personalmangel<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">99% der Notaufnahmen litten unter Personalmangel, einerseits weil pflegerische und\/oder \u00e4rztliche Stellen nicht besetzt waren (82%) und andererseits zus\u00e4tzlich noch in 79% Krankheitsausf\u00e4lle bzw.
