H\u00e4ufig besuchen zus\u00e4tzlich viele Besucher solche Veranstaltungen. Dies erfordert eine gesonderte sanit\u00e4ts- und rettungsdienstliche sowie Krankenhaus-Ressourcenplanung.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Die h\u00e4ufigsten medizinischen Konsultationsgr\u00fcnde sind mit 30 bis 90% gastrointestinale Symptome (Nausea\/Emesis, Diarrh\u00f6e, abdominelle Schmerzen) und zu 59% ein Kollaps aufgrund verschiedener Ursachen (Orthostase, Dehydrierung, Elektrolytentgleisungen, thrombembolische Ereignisse). Orthop\u00e4disch-traumatologische Vorf\u00e4lle (Muskelkr\u00e4mpfe, Tendinopathien, Rhabdomyolse, Frakturen, Kompartmentsyndrom) treten in 5 bis 23% auf.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Zum Ende des Wettkampfes und nach Zieleinlauf werden die medizinischen Ressourcen im Schwerpunkt frequentiert.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Der akute Hitzschlag (Anstieg der K\u00f6rperkerntemperatur &gt;40\u00b0C) stellt mit einer Mortalit\u00e4t von bis zu 63% eine der gef\u00e4hrlichsten anstrengungsassoziierten Pathologien dar. Die Inzidenz von Kreislaufstillst\u00e4nden liegt gemittelt bei ca. 1:70:000 und die \u00dcberlebensrate ist mit ca. 30% vergleichswiese gut einzusch\u00e4tzen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Amateurl\u00e4ufer sowie professionelle Athleten bieten mitunter vielf\u00e4ltige Vorerkrankungen. Beide Gruppen nehmen zu 49% NASAR zur Steigerung der Schmerzschwelle und zu 7,1% verschreibungspflichtige Stimulanzien ohne medizinische Indikation ein. Dar\u00fcber hinaus werden Symptome h\u00e4ufig bagatellisiert. Die fundierte Anamnese und genaue Untersuchung ist also entscheidend.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Therapeutisch ist prim\u00e4r ein symptomatisches Vorgehen angezeigt und eine differenzierte Fl\u00fcssigkeitstherapie anzuwenden.
