Vielleicht ist der Titel in Notfall&amp;Rettungsmedizin mit &#8222;Anlage&#8220; etwas missverst\u00e4ndlich, der sonst wirklich guter Artikel geht auf das Thema Anstechen von Portsystemen ein:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Strobel S, et al. Bei entsprechender \u00dcbung ist die Portpunktion nahezu komplikationslos m\u00f6glich. Dennoch wird sie in Rettungsdienst und Notaufnahme vielfach nicht genutzt.
