Mit Hilfe einer systematischen \u00dcbersichtsarbeit und Metaanalyse wurde die Inzidenz lokaler anatomischer unerw\u00fcnschter Ereignisse im Zusammenhang mit der Verabreichung von Vasopressoren \u00fcber den peripherven\u00f6sen Zugang bei Patienten jeden Alters untersucht.<\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 1\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Owen VS et al. Crit Care (2021) 25:146 (<a href=\"https:\/\/ccforum.biomedcentral.com\/track\/pdf\/10.1186\/s13054-021-03553-1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">PDF<\/a>)<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>Methoden: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Literaturanalyse mit Hilfe von MEDLINE, EMBASE, CINAHL, Cochrane Central Register of controlled trials und Database of Abstracts of Reviews of Effects<\/li>\n<li>Ber\u00fccksichtigung von\n<ul>\n<li>(1) Kohorten-, quasi-experimentelles oder randomisiert-kontrolliertes Studiendesign<\/li>\n<li>(2) Patienten jeder Altersgruppe<\/li>\n<li>(3) lokale anatomische unerw\u00fcnschte Ereignisse im Zusammenhang peripherven\u00f6ser Vasopressor-Applikation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Ergebnisse: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>n=23 Studien davon n=16 mit Erwachsenen und n=7 Studien, die Kinder inkludierten<\/li>\n<li>Meta-Analyse von n=11 Studien bei Erwachsenen mit n=16.055\n<ul>\n<li>gepoolte Inzidenz von unerw\u00fcnschten Ereignissen bei\u00a0peripherven\u00f6ser Vasopressor-Applikation: 1,8% (95% CI: 0,1-4,8%)<\/li>\n<li>bei Kindern: n=388 Patienten, Inzidenz von unerw\u00fcnschten Ereignissen von 3,3% (95% CI: 0,0-10,1 %)<\/li>\n<li>Subgruppenanalysen: keine statistisch signifikanten Effekte<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Schlussfolgerung:<\/strong> Die Inzidenz von unerw\u00fcnschten Ereignissen im Zusammenhang mit der peripherven\u00f6ser Vasopressor-Applikation ist gering.
