Das Wissen um CRM und die \u201ehuman factors\u201c als Ursache typischer Fehler helfen, die Patientensicherheit zu erh\u00f6hen.<\/p>\n<p>Speziell f\u00fcr den Bereich der Zentralen Notaufnahme ist jetzt das Buch<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong><em>Crew Resource Management (CRM) f\u00fcr die Notaufnahme\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>von Rall, Schmid, Langewand und Op Hey im Kohlhammer Verlag Stuttgart<\/em><\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>erschienen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Alle vier Autoren besch\u00e4ftigen sich intensiv mit dem Thema CRM und verf\u00fcgen \u00fcber eine umfangreiche Erfahrung auf dem Gebiet.\u00a0Auf insgesamt 109 Seiten werden nach einer Einf\u00fchrung in das Thema die 15 CRM-Leits\u00e4tze vorgestellt und anhand von Beispielen eingehend erl\u00e4utert. Hier ist hervorzuheben, das jeweils positive und negative Fallbeispiele aus der \u201eLebenswelt\u201c einer Notaufnahme beschrieben werden, die alle gut nachvollziehbar sind. Dazu kommen passende Abbildungen und Tabellen, die Anregungen f\u00fcr eine Umsetzung im eigenen Team bieten.\u00a0Den Abschluss bildet ein Kapitel \u00fcber CRM-Training, in dem die Vorz\u00fcge erl\u00e4utert werden und dem Leser praktische Hilfe f\u00fcr die Etablierung solcher Trainings gegeben wird. Abbildungen aus Simulationstrainings illustrieren gekonnt die vielen M\u00f6glichkeiten.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Was ist besonders an diesem Werk?\u00a0<\/strong>W\u00e4hrend das Prinzip des Crew Ressource Managements (hoffentlich) allen in der Notfallmedizin t\u00e4tigen vertraut sein d\u00fcrfte, schaffen es die Autoren, die CRM-Leits\u00e4tze gekonnt in die Situation der Notaufnahme zu \u00fcbertragen und zu erl\u00e4utern. So sollte auch CRM skeptisch gegen\u00fcberstehenden Kollegen und Vorgesetzten die Bedeutung von CRM bewusstwerden.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Fazit:\u00a0<em>Crew Resource Management (CRM) f\u00fcr die Notaufnahme<\/em> ist unbedingt erforderlich.
