Aber wie gut sind diese beiden Entnahmeorte f\u00fcr die BGA vergleichbar?<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Chauvin A et al. Reducing pain by using venous blood gas instead of arterial blood gas (VEINART): a multicentre randomised controlled trial. Emerg Med J 2020;0:1\u20136. doi:10.1136\/emermed-2019-209287<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Die <strong>VEINART-Studie<\/strong> gibt nun einige Informationen dazu:\u00a0Venenentnahme zur Blutgasanalyse wurde als Alternative zur arteriellen Entnahme vorgeschlagen, um Schmerzen bei der Abnahme zu reduzieren. Das Hauptziel bestand darin, die durch ven\u00f6se und arterielle Probenahme induzierten Schmerzen zu vergleichen und zu beurteilen, ob die Art der Probenahme das klinische Management beeinflussen w\u00fcrde oder nicht.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Was ist zu diesem Thema bereits bekannt?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Die Leistungsmerkmale der ven\u00f6sen Blutgasentnahme (vBGA) und der klinische Nutzen der Ergebnisse sind oft ausreichend, um Behandlungsentscheidungen in der Notaufnahme sicher zu leiten.<\/li>\n<li>Die ven\u00f6se Probenentnahme zur vBGA-Analyse wurde als Alternative zur BGA-Analyse vorgeschlagen, um Schmerzen zu reduzieren.<\/li>\n<li>Keine randomisierte kontrollierte Studie bewertete spezifisch den Beitrag von vBGA vs. aBGA zu den Schmerzen, die Patienten in Notaufnahmen erfahren.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Studie:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>randomisierte, multizentrische, prospektive, multizentrische Studie in vier franz\u00f6sischen EDs \u00fcber einen Zeitraum von 4 Wochen<\/li>\n<li>nicht-hypox\u00e4mische Erwachsene, Randomisierung<\/li>\n<li>Zuteilungsverh\u00e4ltnis von 1:1 unter Verwendung von Zufallsbl\u00f6cken<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Ergebnisse:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>n=113 Patienten, davon\u00a0n=55 arteriell und n=58 in der ven\u00f6se<\/li>\n<li>mittlere maximale Schmerz betrug 40,5 mm\u00b124,9 mm und 22,6 mm\u00b120,2 mm\u00a0(p&lt;0,0001).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Schlussfolgerung:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Nicht erstaunlich, aber die Abnahme von ven\u00f6sen Blutgasanalysen sind f\u00fcr Patienten weniger schmerzhaft als arterielle Punktionen bei nicht-hypox\u00e4mischen Patienten.
