Notfall Rettungsmed 2020,<a href=\"https:\/\/link.springer.com\/content\/pdf\/10.1007%2Fs10049-020-00750-3.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u00a0<\/a><\/strong>https:\/\/doi.org\/10.1007\/s10049-020-00750-3<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Die Weitergabe von Informationen in einer stressbesetzten, hoch dynamischen Arbeitsumgebung wie der zentralen Notaufnahme (ZNA) stellt eine Risikoquelle f\u00fcr die Entstehung von Behandlungsfehlern dar und ist somit mortalit\u00e4tsbeeinflussend.\u00a0Ziel der Arbeit. In der Arbeit wird untersucht, welchen Stellenwert dem \u00dcbergabeprozess durch die beteiligten Berufsgruppen beigemessen wird und welche strukturellen Merkmale bzw. Rahmenbedingungen dem \u00dcbergabeprozess von diesen zugeschrieben werden.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bei der vorliegenden Untersuchung handelte es sich um eine anonyme, freiwillige, webbasierte (Online-)Umfrage, die mittels eines strukturierten elektronischen Fragebogens durchgef\u00fchrt wurde. Ergebnisse. Insgesamt haben 2728 Teilnehmer an der Onlineumfrage teilgenommen. Nahezu alle Teilnehmer-\/innen benennen die \u00dcbergabe als outcomerelevanten Parameter f\u00fcr die Patienten, allerdings sehen 3 von 4 Teilnehmern den \u00dcbergabeprozess als verbesserungsw\u00fcrdig an. Bei der Selbsteinsch\u00e4tzung meinen 4 von 5 Teilnehmer- \/innen, die \u00dcbergabe zu beherrschen. Es l\u00e4sst sich unter den Teilnehmern kein favorisiertes \u00dcbergabeschema erkennen, die Mehrheit benutzt entweder ein eigenes oder gar kein \u00dcbergabeschema. Eine hohe \u00dcbereinstimmung zwischen Rettungsdienst und ZNA-Mitarbeitern liegt in Bezug auf Kerninhalte und Rahmenbedingungen der \u00dcbergabe vor. Mit gro\u00dfer Mehrheit zeigt sich der Wunsch nach einem einheitlichen \u00dcbergabeschema sowie nach Integrierung in Aus- und Fortbildungskonzepte.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Fazit: Als Konsequenz der Umfrage sollte z\u00fcgig auf nationaler Ebene mit allen\u00a0an der \u00dcbergabe beteiligten Strukturen ein standardisiertes \u00dcbergabeverfahren etabliert werden.
