Vigilanzst\u00f6rung durchgef\u00fchrt<\/li>\n<li>teilweise werden Pyurie oder Bakterieurie festgestellt und als behandelbarer Harnwegsinfekt interpretiert, obwohl der Patient immer eine Pyruie bzw. Bakterieurie aufweist<\/li>\n<li>weisen in bis zu 25% Pyurie in asymptomatischen Patienten nach<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Studie:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>prospektive Beobachtungsstudie<\/li>\n<li>Einschlusskriterium: Freiwillige Teilnahme, Alter \u226518 Jahre,\u00a0asymptomatische Patienten<\/li>\n<li>Ausschlusskriterium: Symptome, Schwangere, Gef\u00e4ngnisinsassen, Antibiotika binnen 72 h vor U-Stick, Urologische Intervention in der Woche vor der Studienteilnahme<\/li>\n<li>positiver U-Sticks: Leuko 1+ oder Nitrit positiv<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Ergebnis:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>n=200<\/li>\n<li>52% weiblich, 48% m\u00e4nnlich<\/li>\n<li>Alter: 50 Jahre (19-97)<\/li>\n<li>Vorerkrankungen: arterielle Hypertonie 21%, Diabetes 5%, Chronische Nierenerkrankung 1,5%, aktiver Raucher 9,5%, Antibiotika 12,5%<\/li>\n<li>BMI: 26,5<\/li>\n<li>positive U-Stick: 46\/200 = 23,0%, davon 5\/46 = 2,5% mit Nitrit positiv und 41\/200 = 21,5% Leuko +<\/li>\n<li>positive Befunde fanden sich bei folgenden Risikogruppen:\n<ul>\n<li>h\u00f6heres Lebensalter<\/li>\n<li>weibliches Geschlecht (38,5% vs. m\u00e4nnlich 6,3%)<\/li>\n<li>arterielle Hypertonie<\/li>\n<li>Pflegeheimbewohner (53,7% vs. Kein Pflegeheimbewohner 11,6%)<\/li>\n<li>Antibiotika binnen der letzten 4 Wochen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Eine interessante Studie, die positive U-Sticks bei asymptomatischen Patienten in 23% der F\u00e4lle nachweist.
