Aus diesem Grunde suchen wir motivierte Menschen, die sich den Ver\u00e4nderungsprozessen stellen und darin eine pers\u00f6nliche Herausforderung sehen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">F\u00fcr die <strong>Zentrale Notaufnahme<\/strong> des Universit\u00e4tsklinikums D\u00fcsseldorf suchen wir zum n\u00e4chstm\u00f6glichen Zeitpunkt eine\/einen<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ober\u00e4rztin\/Oberarzt (m\/w\/d)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>In unserer Zentralen Notaufnahme (ZNA) werden rund 44.000 Patienten pro Jahr versorgt. Die ZNA ist mit 4 Schockr\u00e4umen, 14 Behandlungspl\u00e4tzen und 12 \u00dcberwachungspl\u00e4tzen in einer Notaufnahmestation ausgestattet. Alle Akut- und Notfallpatienten werden hier interdisziplin\u00e4r behandelt, mit einem hohen Anteil an kritisch kranken bzw. verletzten Patienten. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Die T\u00e4tigkeit umfasst folgende Aufgaben:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Planung, Organisation, Koordination und Leitung der notfall- und akutmedizinischen Versorgung aller Patienten im Tagesbetrieb<\/li>\n<li>Mitwirkung an der strategischen und organisatorischen Weiterentwicklung einer modernen universit\u00e4ren Zentralen Notaufnahme in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen\/Kliniken des Universit\u00e4tsklinikums<\/li>\n<li>Unmittelbare medizinische Versorgung der anvertrauten Notfallpatienten<\/li>\n<li>Bereitschaft zur Arbeit au\u00dferhalb der Regelarbeitszeit<\/li>\n<li>Teilnahme am bodengebundenen Notarztdienst<\/li>\n<li>Entwicklung eines umfangreichen notfall- und akutmedizinischen Fortbildungsangebot der Zentralen Notaufnahme<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Ihr Profil:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Facharzt\/-\u00e4rztin mit Berufserfahrung in einem Fachgebiet mit notfall- und intensivmedizinischen Bezug<\/li>\n<li>Vorangegangene T\u00e4tigkeit in einem Fachgebiet mit hohem Patientenaufkommen<\/li>\n<li>Ausgepr\u00e4gte Teamf\u00e4higkeit in einem interdisziplin\u00e4ren Arbeitsumfeld<\/li>\n<li>Erfahrung in der pr\u00e4hospitalen bzw. innerklinischen Notfall- und Intensivmedizin<\/li>\n<li>W\u00fcnschenswert w\u00e4ren folgende Zusatzqualifikationen (z.B.
