Eine ganz aktuelle Arbeit zu den Fallzahlen und der Sterblichkeitsraten von Sepsis-Patienten in deutschen Krankenh\u00e4usern wurde von <strong>Carolin Fleischmann<\/strong> aus dem Team von <strong>Prof. Reinhardt<\/strong> aus dem Universit\u00e4tsklinikum Jena in der aktuellem Ausgabe des Deutschen \u00c4rzteblatts publiziert:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>Fleischmann C, et al. Fallzahlen und Sterblichkeitsraten von Sepsis-Patienten im Krankenhaus. <strong>Dtsch Arztebl Int<\/strong> 2016; 113: 159-166 (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.aerzteblatt.de\/treffer?mode=s&amp;wo=17&amp;typ=16&amp;aid=175205&amp;s=Sepsis%2DPatienten\" target=\"_blank\">PDF<\/a>)<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Die wichtigsten Fakten im \u00dcberblick:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Methodik: Analyse der Fallpauschalenbezogenen Krankenhausstatistik (DRG Statistik) des Statistischen Bundesamtes f\u00fcr die\u00a0Bundesrepublik Deutschland<\/li>\n<li>von 2007 bis 2013 stieg die Krankenhausrate von 256 auf 335 Sepsisf\u00e4lle\/100.000 Einwohner\/Jahr (auf die Bev\u00f6lkerungszahl von 2010 adjustiert)<\/li>\n<li>j\u00e4hrlicher Anstieg der Sepsisf\u00e4lle von 5,7%<\/li>\n<li>Sepsish\u00e4ufigkeit bei Neugeborenen und in hohen Altersgruppen besonders hoch<\/li>\n<li>Anstieg der Krankenhausf\u00e4lle von 1,21 auf 1,54%<\/li>\n<li>Anstieg der schweren Sepsis von 27 auf 41% (= 138 F\u00e4lle\/100.000 Einwohner\/Jahr)<\/li>\n<li>Sterblichkeitsrate sank von 27% auf 24,3%<\/li>\n<li>Krankenhausletalit\u00e4t schwerer Sepsis: 49,5 auf 43,6%<\/li>\n<li>Krankenhausletalit\u00e4t septischer Schock: 61,0 auf 58,8%<\/li>\n<li>Krankenhausletalit\u00e4t nimmt ab dem 40. Lebensjahr linear zu<\/li>\n<li>M\u00e4nner 1,8-fach h\u00f6here Sterblichkeit als Frauen<\/li>\n<li>ICD-Codes: R65.0!(Sepsis), R65.1! (Schwere Sepsis), R57.2!
