Resuscitation 2019.<br \/>\nAsystolie = Asystolie, VF\/pVT = Kammerflimmern\/pulslose Ventrikul\u00e4re Tachykardie, PEA = pulslose elektrische Aktivit\u00e4t<\/h6>\n<p>Interessante Nebenergebnisse:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00dcberlebende waren j\u00fcnger als versterbende Patienten (50 vs. 70 Jahre)<\/li>\n<li>H\u00f6her Anteil M\u00e4nner bei \u00dcberlebenden als bei versterbenden Patienten (86 vs. 60%)<\/li>\n<li>\u00dcberlebende weisen h\u00e4ufiger beobachteten HKS auf (81 vs. 62%)<\/li>\n<li>Bystander Rate war in beiden Gruppen (\u00dcberlebende vs. versterbende Patienten) nicht-signifikant unterschiedlich: 47 vs. 42 %<\/li>\n<li>Anteil Kammerflimmern\/pulslose VT war\u00a0bei \u00dcberlebenden als bei versterbenden Patienten (74 vs. 17%)<\/li>\n<li>Erfolgrate der Intubation war in beiden Gruppen (\u00dcberlebende vs. versterbende Patienten) nicht-signifikant unterschiedlich: 36 vs. 41 %<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Das Thema Adrenalin ist weiterhin ein HOT TOPIC in der Reanimatologie.
