Die Kernaussagen sind:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Eine strukturierte, zuverl\u00e4ssig anwendbare und wissenschaftlich validierte Ersteinsch\u00e4tzung ist in Notaufnahmen\/Notfallzentren unerl\u00e4sslich f\u00fcr die Gew\u00e4hrleistung einer hohen Patientensicherheit.<\/li>\n
  2. Die Anforderungen an die Ersteinsch\u00e4tzung in Notfallkrankenh\u00e4usern mit KV-Notdienstpraxen bzw. Integrierten Notfallzentren muss den gleichen Grunds\u00e4tzen wie an Notfallkrankenh\u00e4usern ohne Beteiligung niedergelassener \u00c4rzte erfolgen.<\/li>\n
  3. Die strukturierte Ersteinsch\u00e4tzung muss sektorenunabh\u00e4ngig unmittelbar, sp\u00e4testens aber 10 Minuten nach Eintreffen des Patienten in der Notaufnahme\/im Notfallzentrum des Krankenhauses erfolgen. Die vorgegebenen Wartezeiten bis zum ersten Arztkontakt sind einzuhalten und zu dokumentieren. Hierzu ist eine ausreichende pflegerische und \u00e4rztliche Personalausstattung vorzuhalten.<\/li>\n
  4. Eine Ersteinsch\u00e4tzung ist nicht gleich Patientenzuweisung. Die Weiterleitung von Notfallpatienten in einen anderen Versorgungssektor au\u00dferhalb der Krankenhausstrukturen darf nicht alleinig auf Basis der Dringlichkeitseinstufung mittels eines Ersteinsch\u00e4tzungsinstrumentes geschehen.<\/li>\n
  5. Die Notfallversorgung im Krankenhaus muss unabh\u00e4ngig von den beteiligten Sektoren denselben Qualit\u00e4tsanforderungen unterliegen, um eine qualitativ hochwertige Patientenversorgung zu gew\u00e4hrleisten.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/blockquote>\n
