Eine aktuelle Untersuchung hierzu hat sich Paracetamol vorgenommen:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Furyk J et al.\u00a0Intravenous versus oral paracetamol for acute pain\u00a0in adults in the emergency department setting:\u00a0a prospective, double-blind, double-dummy,\u00a0randomised controlled trial. Emerg Med J 2017;\u00a0doi:10.1136\/emermed-2017-206787<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In dieser prospektiven, randomisierten, doppelblinden Untersuchungen wurde Patienten in einer australischen Notaufnahme 2 x 500 mg Paracetamol p.o. oder 2 Placebotabletten und 1 g Paracetamol i.v. appliziert.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Zur Schmerzeinsch\u00e4tzung wurde die Visuelle Analgskala (VAS) genutzt, dabei war 0 Punkte = kein Schmerz und 10 Punkte = maximal vorstellbarer Schmerz.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Die Patientenkohorten bei Paracetamol i.v. (n=47) vs. Paracetamol p.o. (n=40) wiesen folgenden Charakteristika auf:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Alter: 47 vs. 43 Jahre<\/li>\n<li>weibliches Geschlecht: 64 vs. 55%<\/li>\n<li>Schmerzursache:\n<ul>\n<li>abdominell: 43 vs. 33%<\/li>\n<li>neurologisch: 2 vs. 5%<\/li>\n<li>muskuloskeletal: 43 vs. 53%<\/li>\n<li>andere: 13 vs. 10%<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>vorhergehende Opioide: 5 mg vs. 5 mg<\/li>\n<li>VAS (initial): 6,5 vs. 7,1<\/li>\n<li>Herzfrequenz (bpm): 76 vs. 80<\/li>\n<li>styl. EMJ 2017)<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Es fand sich <strong>kein signifikanter Unterschied zwischen beiden Gruppen<\/strong> und zwischen der Effektivit\u00e4t der Medikation beider Therapiearme.
