\u00fcber 40 Jahren,<\/li>\n<li>&gt;0,15 mV bei Frauen jeden Alters<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Wellens-Syndrom Typ A\/B:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>biphasische (Typ A) oder tief invertierte (Typ B)\u00a0T-Wellen in V2-3 (teilweise ausgedehnt \u00fcber V1-6)<\/li>\n<li>isoelektische ST-Strecke oder minimale ST-Streckenhebung (&lt;1 mm)<\/li>\n<li>kein Q in den Vorderwandableitungen<\/li>\n<li>auftreten in Beschwerdefreiheit nach anamnestischer Angina pectoris<\/li>\n<li>nicht oder nur minimal erh\u00f6htes Troponin<\/li>\n<li>hochgradig verd\u00e4chtig
