Sie beginnen diese Checkliste mit einer fr\u00fchzeitigen Oxygenierung, um optimale Bedingungen zu erzielen, und&nbsp;in einem zweiten Schritt kritisch und in aller (im Notfall m\u00f6glichen) Ruhe die Indikation zur Narkose zu \u00fcberdenken \u2013 dazu werden absolute und relative Indikationen unterschieden.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">F\u00fcr die Planung einer kindlichen Notfallnarkose werden Hilfsmittel (wie z.B. Paulino-System\u00ae, p\u00e4diatrisches Notfalllineal\u00ae, Gnom\u00ae, Kindersicher\u00ae o.\u00e4.) empfohlen, um Tubusgr\u00f6\u00dfen und Medikamentendosierungen zu ermitteln. Eine tats\u00e4chliche Empfehlung zur Medikation wird allerdings nicht gegeben.
