Gerade vor diesem Hintergrund kommt der Aus- und Fortbildung in der Notfallmedizin eine besondere Rolle zu. Aber wie macht man das ganze nun, welche M\u00f6glichkeiten gibt es? Welche neuen Wege kann man gehen.<\/p>\n

„Die pr\u00e4hospitale und innerklinische Notfallmedizin kennzeichnet, dass h\u00e4ufig unter bedeutend erschwerten Bedingungen die Vitalfunktionen von schwererkrankten und schwerverletzten Patienten stabilisiert werden m\u00fcssen.\u00a0<\/span>Aber wie lernen das Rettungsfachpersonal und Not\u00e4rzte diese Notfalltechniken?<\/p>\n

F\u00fcr manche Notfalltechniken, beispielsweise die endotracheale Intubation, ist das Erlernen der Technik im klinischen Alltag (zB w\u00e4hrend einer elektiven Narkoseeinleitung im Operationsaal) unter optimaler Supervision m\u00f6glich.\u00a0<\/span>F\u00fcr manche andere Notfalltechnik besteht die M\u00f6glichkeiten zum Erlernen im Arbeitsalltag nicht (zB die Notfallkoniotmie), und hier m\u00fcssen andere didaktische Ans\u00e4tze greifen, um das pr\u00e4hospitale und innerklinischen Behandlungsteam auf die Durchf\u00fchrung im Ernstfall ad\u00e4quat vorzubereiten.
