Graham Johnson<\/strong> aus Derby, England berichtete im Emergency Medicine Journal<\/em><\/strong> von einer Beobachtung aus seiner Arbeitsgruppe:<\/p>\n

Ein \u00e4rztlicher Kollege hat einen Spontanpneumothorax erlitten. Typischerweise pr\u00e4sentiert sich ein Spontanpneumothorax mit einem scharfen, pleuritischen, unilateralem Thoraxschmerz und Dyspnoe. Teilweise k\u00f6nnen diese Symptome aber auch nur gering ausgebildet sein bzw. ganz fehlen.<\/p>\n

Der Kollege aus der Arbeitsgruppe von Graham Johnson machte nun aber die Beobachtung, dass \u201e<\/em>he can feel his lung moving against the internal aspect of his thoracic cavity, especially when jumping or jogging. This sensation is best described as a \u2018wobble\u2019.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n

Gleich haben die Kollegen ein paar Patienten mit Spontanpneumothorax befragt, und auch diese schilderten \u201ewobbling sensation\u201c, also ein Gef\u00fchl des Anschlagens der Lunge an die innere Thoraxwand.<\/p>\n

Fragen Sie doch auch mal Ihren n\u00e4chsten Patienten mit dem V.a. einen Spontanpneumothorax, ob er das \u201ewobble sign\u201c sp\u00fcrt …<\/p>\n
