Seminar Heidelberger Invasive Notfalltechniken\u00a0advanced<\/strong> statt. Hierbei ging es um die Wissensvermittelung zu den Themen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>REBOA<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Perikardpunktion<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Clamshell-Thorakotomie\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Notfalln\u00e4hten<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vor einem vollen Haus f\u00fchrte zun\u00e4chst Prof. Erik Popp als Seminarleiter in die Thematik ein und gab einen <strong>\u00dcberblick<\/strong> \u00fcber den Tagesablauf. Dann berichtet Herr Prof. Alexander Hyhlik-D\u00fcrr zur Notfalltechnik der <strong>REBOA<\/strong> und zeigte Indikationen, Durchf\u00fchrung, Komplikationen und Perspektiven auf. Herr Dr. Marcus Rudolph schilderte dann in einem sehr kurzweiligen Vortrag die Technik der <strong>Sonographie der Herzh\u00f6hlen<\/strong> und der Durchf\u00fchrung einer <strong>Perikardpunktion<\/strong> bei Perikardtamponade. Herr Dr. Tim Lange berichtete von seiner Arbeit auf dem Londener Rettungshubschrauber und dort erworbenen Erfahrungen mit der <strong>Clamshell-Thorakotmie<\/strong>. Nachfolgend f\u00fchrte Herr PD Dr. Alexander Weymann in die M\u00f6glichkeiten von <strong>Notfalln\u00e4hten<\/strong> im Bereich des Thorax und des Myokards ein.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Unter Nutzung <strong>modernster Video\u00fcbertragungstechnik<\/strong> erhielten die bundesweit nach Heidelberg gereisten Teilnehmer die M\u00f6glichkeit aus verschiedenen Blickrichtungen und Winkeln die einzelnen <strong>Notfalltechniken Schritt-f\u00fcr-Schritt am Leichenpr\u00e4parat<\/strong> nachzuvollziehen, bevor es dann nach der Mittagpause ernst wurde und die Teilnehmer in Kleingruppen mit einem Verh\u00e4ltnis von 5:1 (Teilnehmer : Tutor) selbst Hand anlegen konnten.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Hier nun ein paar Impressionen der
