Die Leitlinie basiert auf einer Evidenz-basierten Analyse bisher publizierter Ergebnisse und leitet daraus spezifische Handlungsempfehlungen ab. Insgesamt wurden fast 3000 Publikationen hinsichtlich Evidenz analysiert.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Die wichtigsten Empfehlungen sind der <strong>Ort der Reanimation im Luftfahrzeug<\/strong> (Galley ist besser als Gang oder Sitzplatz), <strong>Entscheidungshinweise zu einer au\u00dferplanm\u00e4\u00dfigen Notlandung<\/strong> (sog. Diversion) oder aber <strong>erforderliches Notfallequipment<\/strong> und regelm\u00e4\u00dfiges <strong>Training der Besatzung<\/strong>.
