Jeder von uns hat sofort eine Idee, welche Patienten wir hier vor uns haben. H\u00e4ufig als Verlegenheitsdiagnose angesehen, gibt es zahlreiche Gru\u0308nde fu\u0308r die beobachtete Verschlechterung. Aber was ist das eigentlich \u2013 schlechter oder reduzierter AZ?
