Juli<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Hintergrund:<\/strong><br \/>\nDas Chikungunya-Virus (CHIKV), ein von\u00a0<em>Aedes<\/em>-M\u00fccken \u00fcbertragenes Alphavirus, war bisher vor allem in tropischen Regionen endemisch. Seit Anfang 2025 wurden weltweit \u00fcber\u00a0<strong>220.000 F\u00e4lle und 80 Todesf\u00e4lle<\/strong>gemeldet, mit Schwerpunkten in den Amerikas, Afrika und Asien. Auch Frankreichs \u00dcberseegebiete wie R\u00e9union und Mayotte sind stark betroffen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Europa 2025:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In Frankreich kam es 2025 zum\u00a0<strong>gr\u00f6\u00dften bisher bekannten Ausbruch auf dem Festland<\/strong>mit\u00a0<strong>799 importierten und 30 autochthonen F\u00e4llen<\/strong>\u00a0bis Mitte Juli.<\/li>\n<li>Italien meldete im Juli 2025 ebenfalls seinen ersten autochthonen Fall seit 2017.<\/li>\n<li>Importierte F\u00e4lle wurden u. a. in Deutschland, Spanien und Gro\u00dfbritannien festgestellt.<\/li>\n<li>Die \u00dcbertragung wird durch das Zusammenspiel von\u00a0<strong>Klimawandel, hoher Vektordichte (<em>Aedes albopictus<\/em>) und internationalem Reiseverkehr <\/strong>beg\u00fcnstigt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Globale Dimension:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Aedes albopictus<\/em>ist mittlerweile in gro\u00dfen Teilen Europas, den USA, China, S\u00fcdkorea und Australien etabliert.<\/li>\n<li>Der Klimawandel verl\u00e4ngert die \u00dcbertragungssaison und vergr\u00f6\u00dfert die geografische Reichweite nicht nur f\u00fcr CHIKV, sondern auch f\u00fcr Dengue-, Zika- und Gelbfieberviren.<\/li>\n<li>Chikungunya ist somit nicht mehr nur ein tropisches Problem, sondern eine\u00a0<strong>saisonale Bedrohung in Europa<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Klinische Aspekte:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Meist mild verlaufend, aber\u00a0<strong>langanhaltende Gelenkschmerzen <\/strong>k\u00f6nnen die Lebensqualit\u00e4t stark beeintr\u00e4chtigen.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c4ltere, immungeschw\u00e4chte Personen und Neugeborene sind gef\u00e4hrdet f\u00fcr schwere systemische oder neurologische Komplikationen, auch mit Todesfolge.<\/li>\n<li>Viele \u00c4rzt:innen in Europa sind mit den\u00a0<strong>variablen Symptomen <\/strong>nicht vertraut, was zu versp\u00e4teter Diagnose f\u00fchren kann.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Pr\u00e4vention &amp; Kontrolle:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Schnelle Fallidentifikation <\/strong>und Meldung sind entscheidend, um weitere Ausbreitung zu verhindern.<\/li>\n<li>Wichtige Ma\u00dfnahmen sind:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Syndromische Surveillance<\/strong>(v. a. im Sommer und bei R\u00fcckkehrenden aus Endemiegebieten).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Entomologische \u00dcberwachung<\/strong>mit Ovitraps, Habitat-Mapping und Klimavorhersagen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gemeindebeteiligung<\/strong>bei der Beseitigung von Brutst\u00e4tten und Aufkl\u00e4rung.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pers\u00f6nliche Schutzma\u00dfnahmen<\/strong>(Repellents, Kleidung, Eliminierung stehender Gew\u00e4sser).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Koordinierte Kommunikation<\/strong>zwischen Gesundheits-, Umwelt- und Transportsektor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Impfstoffe:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Zwei Vakzine sind inzwischen zugelassen (<strong>IXCHIQ, Valneva<\/strong>und\u00a0<strong>Vimkunya, Bavarian Nordic<\/strong>).<\/li>\n<li>Modellierungen zeigen: bei 50 % Abdeckung k\u00f6nnten j\u00e4hrlich ca.\u00a0<strong>5,8 Mio. Infektionen und 450 Todesf\u00e4lle<\/strong>verhindert werden.<\/li>\n<li>Herausforderungen: limitierte Produktionskapazit\u00e4ten, fehlende Altersdaten, Lieferlogistik und gerechte Verteilung \u2013 vor allem f\u00fcr L\u00e4nder mit niedrigen und mittleren Einkommen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Schlussfolgerung:<\/strong><br \/>\nDer aktuelle Ausbruch in Frankreich markiert einen Wendepunkt in der europ\u00e4ischen und globalen Arboviren-Landschaft.
