Um im komplexen Setting eines klinischen Notfalls belastbare sonographische Diagnosen stellen und die Entscheidung f\u00fcr oder gegen therapeutische Ma\u00dfnahmen darauf st\u00fctzen zu k\u00f6nnen, m\u00fcssen die sonographischen Untersuchungsabl\u00e4ufe von Thorax, Abdomen, Retroperitoneum und Gef\u00e4\u00dfen daher systematisch erlernt und einge\u00fcbt werden. Das hierf\u00fcr angebotene, interdisziplin\u00e4r ausgerichtete Kurskonzept setzt das Curriculum des Arbeitskreises Notfallsonographie der DEGUM um (<strong>www.degum.de\/ fachgebiete\/arbeitskreise\/notfallsonografie.html<\/strong>). Der Leitgedanke der Basisausbildung Notfallsonographie ist die symptomorientierte Strukturierung und Priorisierung der sonographischen Untersuchung im Notfallsetting. Damit ist dieses Format besonders f\u00fcr die Vorbereitung auf T\u00e4tigkeiten in allen akutmedizinischen Bereichen (z. B.
