Seltene notfallmedizinische Interventionen, die aber bei der Versorgung von Notfallpatienten am Einsatzort oder im Schockraum lebensrettend sein k\u00f6nnen, werden in zwei Workshops durch Dozenten des Klinikums F\u00fcrth<\/a> gemeinsam mit dem Institut f\u00fcr notfallmedizinische Bildung<\/a> (i<\/strong>l<\/span>nob<\/span><\/strong>) mit vorangehender Theorieschulung realit\u00e4tsnah an Humanpr\u00e4paraten vermittelt.<\/p>\n

\n\"\"Im Teil 1 werden die Teilnehmer von erfahrenen Instruktoren in der Notfallconiotomie, Minithorakotomie, erweiterten Thorakotomie bis hin zur \u201eClamshell\u201c Technik angeleitet.
\nIm Teil 2 werden an fu\u0308nf verschiedenen Stationen \u201edamage control\u201c Eingriffe wie die Bohrlochtrepanation, intraabdominelle Tamponade-Techniken oder das Pringle-Man\u00f6ver, die Notfallsplenektomie, das Management von Gef\u00e4\u00dfverletzungen inklusive Aortenokklussion und die Erstversorgung der komplexen Beckenfraktur mit Fixateur beu\u0308bt.<\/p>\n

\nNach einer Einfu\u0308hrung in die Thematik, unter Vermittlung von Kenntnissen der Topographie als Grundvoraussetzung zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung der Intervention werden durch ausgewiesene Expertinnen und Experten die notwendigen Techniken und Tricks zu den speziellen \u201edamage control\u201c Eingriffen vermittelt.<\/p>\n
