Er richtet sich an interdisziplin\u00e4res und multiprofessionelles Personal im Schockraum, um die Patientensicherheit und das Ergebnis zu optimieren. ACiLS beinhaltet ein neues Blended-Learning-Konzept mit einem theoretischen Teil als umfassendes E-Learning und einem zweit\u00e4gigen praktischen Teil mit starkem Fokus auf Teamtraining in Szenarien und Workshops. Das Kursformat wurde entwickelt, um die besten Lehrmethoden mit der begrenzten Unterrichtszeit und den verf\u00fcgbaren Ressourcen in Einklang zu bringen.
