role=\"presentation\">Ein \u201eTauchunfall\u201c im Sinne dieser Leitlinie ist ein potenziell lebensbedrohliches\u00a0<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">oder gesundheitssch\u00e4digendes Ereignis, hervorgerufen<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">durch Abfall des\u00a0<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Umgebungsdruckes beim Tauchen oder aus sonstiger hyperbarer Atm<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">osph\u00e4re mit\u00a0<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">und ohne Tauchger\u00e4t.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span id=\"page13R_mcid53\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Ist die Leitlinie \u201eTauchunfall\u201c f\u00fcr<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">das<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Apnoetauchen anzuwenden?<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span vorbestehenden Problemen oder Erkrankungen erfolgen. Fr\u00fchestm\u00f6glich soll ein tauchmedizinisch fortgebildeter\u00a0<span id=\"page21R_mcid69\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Arzt<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page21R_mcid71\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page21R_mcid72\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">beratend hinzugezogen werden.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li>Verunfallte sollen engmaschig im Hinblick auf hinzutretende Symptome oder eine\u00a0Verschlechterung bestehender Symptome beobachtet werden.<\/li>\n<li>Verunfallte sollen fr\u00fchestm\u00f6glich insbesondere neurologisch untersucht werden. Eine erste orientierende neurologische Untersuchung soll bereits durch den Ersthelfer erfolgen, wenn hierdurch nicht die weitere Versorgung beeintr\u00e4chtigt wird.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span id=\"page23R_mcid5\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Welche Einteilungen sind zur Beurteilung des Schweregrades eine<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">s Tauchunfall<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">s\u00a0<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">geeignet?<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span id=\"page23R_mcid8\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Das therapeutische Vorgehen unterscheidet sich abh\u00e4ngig vom Vorliegen<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page23R_mcid9\" class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">milder\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page23R_mcid10\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">oder schwerer Symptome.
