Wer Sie unbedingt f\u00fcr sich gewinnen will, muss einige Bedingungen erf\u00fcllen. Wichtiger Faktor dabei ist die Arbeitsplatzzufriedenheit mit ihren vielen Einflussfaktoren. Ein ganz konkreter Faktor soll dabei mal genauer unter die Lupe genommen werden.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify\">Seit 6 Jahren gibt es von der DKG die Empfehlung f\u00fcr die <strong>Weiterbildung Notfallpflege<\/strong>. Welche Auswirkungen hat das auf die Kollegen? Ver\u00e4ndert sich der Arbeitsalltag, weil sie fundiertere theoretische Kenntnisse und einen besseren Einblick in zusammenh\u00e4ngende Bereiche wie der Pr\u00e4klinik oder der Intensivstation haben? Macht es einen Unterschied, ob Pflegende in Notaufnahmen eine abgeschlossene Fachweiterbildung f\u00fcr Notfallpflege besitzen? Sind Fachpflegende zufriedener?<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify\">Mit diesem Thema besch\u00e4ftigt sich eine <strong>aktuelle Forschungsarbeit<\/strong>.
