Das 119 Seiten umfassende Dokument h\u00e4lt eine Vielzahl an Empfehlungen vor, hier nur ein ganz kleiner Ausschnitt:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Empfehlung:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">In Anlehnung an die 3 Versorgungsstufen der stationa\u0308ren notfallmedizinischen Versorgung soll die intensivmedizinische Versorgung ebenfalls in eine<strong> 3-stufige Struktur<\/strong> u\u0308berfu\u0308hrt werden.\u00a0Die personelle und strukturelle Ausstattung der Intensivstationen soll an die jeweilige Versorgungsstufe adaptiert werden.\u00a0Eine Einteilung sollte in folgende 3 intensivmedizinische Versorgungsstufen erfolgen (Empfehlungsgrad 1C).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Merke:<\/strong> intensivmedizinische Basiversorgung (Stift 1), erweitere (Stufe 2)\u00a0und umfassende\u00a0Intensivmedizinische Versorgung (Stuft 2)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 24\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\" style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<p><strong>Empfehlung:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Eine Intensivstation soll durch einen Arzt geleitet werden, der die Zusatzbezeichnung Intensivmedizin besitzt. In den Stufen 2 und 3 soll dieser hauptamtlich auf der Intensivstation ta\u0308tig und intensivmedizinisch verantwortlich sein (Empfehlungsgrad 1A).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 25\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Empfehlungen:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>Ein Arzt, der auf dieser oder einer Intensivstation der gleichen Stufe mindestens 3 Monate strukturiert eingearbeitet worden ist, soll 24 Stunden an 7 Tagen in der Woche auf dieser Intensivstation pra\u0308sent sein (Empfehlungsgrad 1A).<\/li>\n<li>Ein weiterer Arzt mit einer intensivmedizinischen Weiterbildungszeit (im Rahmen der Facharzt- weiterbildung) von mindestens 6 Monaten soll wa\u0308hrend der Kernarbeitszeit auf der Intensivsta- tion pra\u0308sent sein (Krankenhausstufe 2 und 3) bzw. im Krankenhaus pra\u0308sent und sofort auf der Intensivstation verfu\u0308gbar sein (Krankenhausstufe 1), au\u00dferhalb der Kernarbeitszeit zumindest im Krankenhaus pra\u0308sent und sofort auf der Intensivstation verfu\u0308gbar sein (Empfehlungsgrad 1A).<\/li>\n<li>Ein <strong>Facharzt mit der Zusatzweiterbildung \u201eIntensivmedizin\u201c soll ta\u0308glich mindestens eine Visite<\/strong> durchfu\u0308hren (Empfehlungsgrad 1A).<\/li>\n<li>In der <strong>Stufe 2<\/strong> soll <strong>in der Kernarbeitszeit arbeitsta\u0308glich ein Facharzt mit der Zusatzweiterbildung \u201eIntensivmedizin\u201c zusa\u0308tzlich sofort auf der Intensivstation verfu\u0308gbar sein<\/strong>. In der <strong>Stufe 3 soll in der Kernarbeitszeit arbeitsta\u0308glich zusa\u0308tzlich ein Facharzt mit der Zusatzweiterbildung \u201eIntensivmedizin\u201c auf der Intensivstation pra\u0308sent<\/strong> sein. Au\u00dferhalb dieser Anwesenheitszeit soll ein Facharzt mit der Zusatzweiterbildung \u201eIntensivmedizin\u201c unverzu\u0308glich fu\u0308r den Patienten verfu\u0308gbar sein (Empfehlungsgrad 1A)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 25\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Empfehlungen: \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Neben der Stelle des Leiters und dessen Ausfallkompensation (1,3 Vollkostenstellen (VK)) sind mindestens 0,7 VK-A\u0308rzte pro Behandlungsplatz vorzuhalten. Die unter \u201eQualifikation und Pra\u0308senz\u201c genannten Anforderungen sind einzuhalten (Empfehlungsgrad 1 A).<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">A\u0308rzte in den ersten 3 Monaten ihrer Einarbeitung auf der Intensivstation sollen bei der a\u0308rztlichen Personalausstattung nicht eingerechnet werden (Empfehlungsgrad 1C).<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Bei speziellen Anforderungen (z.B. einer hohen Zahl an Isolationspatienten, Patienten mit ausgedehnten hochgradigen Verbrennungen, Polytrauma und extrakorporalen Organersatzverfahren) und bei U\u0308bernahme besonderer Aufgaben (z.B. Teilnahme am Reanimationsteam, Schockraumabdeckung, Intensivtransporte, komplexe organisatorische Anforderungen wie hoher Patientendurchsatz u.a\u0308.) ist eine ho\u0308here Zahl an A\u0308rzten erforderlich.
