Fu\u0308r das breite Spektrum der nichttraumatologischen Notfallpatienten fehlt eine solche einheitliche, u\u0308bergeordnete Struktur bisher in der Schockraumversorgung. Ingmar Gr\u00f6ning und Kollegen haben nun mit dem (PR_E-)AUD2IT-Algorithmus das Handwerkzeug f\u00fcr die nicht-traumatologische Schockraumversorgung publiziert:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Gr\u00f6ning I et al. Das (PR_E-)AUD2IT-Schema als Ru\u0308ckgrat fu\u0308r eine strukturierte Notfallversorgung und Dokumentation nichttraumatologischer kritisch kranker Schockraumpatienten. Notfall Rettungsmed 2022 \u00b7 25:491\u2013498 (<a href=\"https:\/\/link.springer.com\/content\/pdf\/10.1007\/s10049-021-00878-w.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">PDF im OPEN ACESS<\/a>)<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Zwar sind auch hier einzelne Algorithmen und Abla\u0308ufe u\u0308blich und verbreitet, jedoch fehlt ein Gesamtkonzept fu\u0308r die gesamte Notfallversorgung, in das die bestehenden Akronyme eingebunden sind. Durch Vereinheitlichung von Untersuchungsschritten und Dokumentation in der Notfallmedizin ko\u0308nnten Fehler in der Behandlung von Notfallpatienten, verursacht durch Informationsverlust an den Schnittstellen, reduziert werden. Im Rahmen dieser konzeptionellen Arbeit wird daher ein standardisiertes und einfach zu erlernendes Konzept fu\u0308r die Behandlung in der Notfallmedizin vorgestellt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Der (<strong>PR_E-)AUD2IT-Algorithmus<\/strong>\u00a0beinhaltet folgende Phasen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>P \u2013 Pra\u0308paration<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>R \u2013 Ressourcen<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>\u201e_\u201c \u2013 Pause (Team-Time- out) zur strukturierten U\u0308bergabe<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>E \u2013 Erstversorgung<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>A \u2013 Anamnese<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>U \u2013 Untersuchung<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>D2 \u2013 Differenzialdiagnosen\/apparative Diagnostik<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>I \u2013 Interpretation und<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>T \u2013 To-do<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Um den Umgang mit zeitkritischen Notfa\u0308llen nicht zu verzo\u0308gern, soll dieses Konzept auch von unerfahrenen Mitarbeitern schnell und sicher angewendet werden ko\u0308nnen. Das <strong>(PR_E-)AUD2IT-Schema<\/strong> ist ein didaktisches Instrument zur Strukturierung und Gliederung einer Schockraumversorgung nichttraumatologisch kritisch kranker Patienten und ihrer Dokumentation.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 7\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Eine Notfallbehandlung beno\u0308tigt ein einheitlich anwendbares, einfach zu erlernendes didaktisches Schema.
