Im CT2 dem Aachener AIXTRA-Bildungszentrums trafen sich das\u00a0Kursdirektorium um <strong>Dr. Henning Biermann (Aachen), Dr. Ingmar Gr\u00f6ning (Krefeld) und Dr. Mark Michael (D\u00fcsseldorf)<\/strong> zusammen mit einer lebhaften Faculty aus ACiLS-Instruktoren aus ganz Deutschland zum Inaugurationskurs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">In der\u00a0<strong>feierlichen Er\u00f6ffnungszeremonie<\/strong>\u00a0am ersten Kurstag erlebten die TeilnehmerInnen des ersten ACiLS-Kurses einen kurzen R\u00fcckblick auf die Entwicklung des <strong>nicht-traumatologischen Schockraummanagements<\/strong> in Deutschland. Den zahlreichen Beteiligten und Kooperationspartners, so auch PD Dr. Brokmann und Ralf Bischoni<a href=\"https:\/\/www.malteser-bildungszentrum-euregio.de\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>(Malteser Bildungszentrum EUREGIO<\/strong><\/a>), neben dem sehr aktiven DGINA Notfallcampus-Team und <a href=\"https:\/\/anatomie.medunigraz.at\/das-sind-wir\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Professor Niels Hammer<\/strong><\/a> (Institut f\u00fcr Anatomie, Graz) wurde f\u00fcr die exzellente Zusammenarbeit gedankt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Nachdem sich die <strong>Teilnehmer <\/strong>bestehend aus <strong>Notfallpflegekr\u00e4ften und NotfallmedizinerInnen<\/strong> in <strong>12 Unterrichtseinheiten im Rahmen eines hochmodernen E-Learning<\/strong> vorab durch <strong>fallbasiertes interaktives Lernen<\/strong> online vorbereitet hattet, folgte an den zwei Kurstagen ein umfassendes <strong>Pr\u00e4senztraining<\/strong> unter der Einhaltung spezifischer hygienischer Standards im Rahmen der COVID-Pandemie. An den <strong>zwei Pr\u00e4senztage<\/strong> erfolgte <strong>nur wenige \u00a0Kurzvortr\u00e4ge<\/strong>, daf\u00fcr aber <strong>zahlreiche Fallbeispiele zur nicht-traumatologischen Schockraumversorgung im Team Approach, Skills Stationen und eine Lernkontrolle<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Ein Riesenlob an alle Beteiligte f\u00fcr die tolle Umsetzung diese ACiLS-Kursformates f\u00fcr das nicht-traumatologische Schockraummanagement.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Inhaltlich besch\u00e4ftgte sich der Kurs mit:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Grundlagen der nicht-traumatologischen Schockraumversorgung<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>(PR_E-)AUD\u00b2IT-Algorithmus<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Team Ressource Management<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Atemwegsmanagement, Notfallnarkose und \u201eA-Probleme\u201c<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Respiratorische Notf\u00e4lle (\u201eB-Probleme\u201c)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Schock (\u201eC\u201c-Probleme)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Thoraxschmerz<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Sepsis &amp; Infektion<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Akutes Abdomen<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Vigilanzminderung und fokal-neurologisches Defizit
