Frauen waren \u00e4lter als M\u00e4nner (mittleres Alter: 74 versus 60 Jahre) und litten h\u00e4ufiger an kardiovaskul\u00e4ren Begleiterkrankungen wie Diabetes mellitus, chronischen Nierenerkrankungen und arterieller Hypertonie.<\/li>\n<li class=\"Zusammenfassung_Grundschrift\" style=\"text-align: justify\">Frauen wurden seltener einer endovaskul\u00e4ren oder chirurgischen Behandlung zugef\u00fchrt, aber Komplikationen (kardiogener Schock, Reanimationen) traten h\u00e4ufiger auf. Nach Adjustierung der Daten wiesen Frauen ein h\u00f6heres Risiko f\u00fcr 30-Tage-Mortalit\u00e4t (<span class=\"glossary\" title=\"Glossar...\">Odds Ratio<\/span> [OR]: 1,17; 95-%-<span class=\"glossary\" title=\"Glossar...\">Konfidenzintervall<\/span> [95-%-KI]: [1,07; 1,28]), Reinfarkt oder Tod (Hazard Ratio [HR]: 1,09; 95-%-KI: [1,04; 1,16]), MACCE (HR: 1,09; 95-%-KI: [1,04; 1,15]) und ein schlechteres OS (HR: 1,10; 95-%-KI: [1,04; 1,17]) auf.<\/li>\n<li class=\"Zusammenfassung_Grundschrift\" style=\"text-align: justify\">Dieser Effekt war bei Frauen \u2264\u00a060 Jahren besonders ausgepr\u00e4gt. \u00dcberlebten die Patienten die ersten 90 Tage nach dem Infarkt, so zeigten sich keine geschlechtsspezifischen Unterschiede mehr.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Schlussfolgerung:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"Zusammenfassung_Grundschrift\" style=\"text-align: justify\">In Deutschland weisen Frauen \u2264\u00a060 Jahren eine h\u00f6here 30-Tage-Sterblichkeit nach einem STEMI-Erstereignis als M\u00e4nner auf, was sich auch auf das Gesamt\u00fcberleben auswirkt.
