Kliniken\/Zentren f\u00fcr Akut- und Notfallmedizin kommt eine Vielzahl von kritisch kranken, nicht-traumatologischen Patienten zur Aufnahme. Die Anzahl kritisch kranker, nicht-traumatologischer Schockraumpatienten ist bis zu 4\u2011mal h\u00f6her als die Anzahl schwerverletzter Patienten. In den letzten Jahren sind nur f\u00fcr bestimmte Erkrankungen (z.\u202fB. Schlaganfall, Herzinfarkt, Reanimation) spezifische Handlungsabfolgen beschrieben worden. F\u00fcr andere kritisch kranke Patienten bestehen kaum strukturierte Vorgaben f\u00fcr die Diagnostik und Behandlung im Schockraum. Eine optimale Patientenversorgung setzt eine definierte Struktur- und Prozessqualit\u00e4t voraus. Durch das TraumaRegister der Deutschen Gesellschaft f\u00fcr Unfallchirurgie (DGU\u00ae) (<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.traumaregister.de\/\">www.traumaregister.de<\/a><\/strong>) und zahlreiche Studien liegen f\u00fcr das Traumamanagement verl\u00e4ssliche Zahlen f\u00fcr Qualit\u00e4tsindikatoren vor, Gleiches gilt f\u00fcr einige spezifische, notfallmedizinische Krankheitsbilder (z.B. Kreislaufstillstand, Hirninfarkt; ST-Hebungs-Infarkt). F\u00fcr die gro\u00dfe Zahl der nicht-traumatologischen Schockraumpatienten fehlt eine gute Datenbasis bez\u00fcglich der Versorgungsqualit\u00e4t.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Die Etablierung einer geeigneten Behandlungseinrichtung inkl. baulicher Grundvoraussetzungen und Ausstattungsmerkmalen, Verf\u00fcgbarkeit bildgebender Diagnostik, Etablierung von Algorithmen und Behandlungspfaden in Abstimmung mit den Fachdisziplinen des Krankenhauses sowie Koordination und Abstimmung der \u00dcbergabe vom Rettungs- und Notarztdienst an die Zentrale Notaufnahme bzw. Klinik\/Zentren f\u00fcr Akut- und Notfallmedizin und weiterversorgende Behandlungseinheiten sind unabdingbare Bestandteile f\u00fcr eine qualitativ hochwertige Versorgung von kritisch kranken Patienten. Sie stellen somit eine wesentliche Voraussetzung f\u00fcr die Gew\u00e4hrleistung einer hohen Patientensicherheit und Versorgungsqualit\u00e4t dar. Des Weiteren m\u00fcssen eine ad\u00e4quate Qualifikation des \u00e4rztlichen und pflegerischen Personals sowie Kompetenzen im Crisis Ressource Management und der Teamkommunikation gew\u00e4hrleistet werden.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Das vorliegende Wei\u00dfbuch <strong><i>Versorgung kritisch kranker, nicht-traumatologischer Patienten im Schockraum<\/i><\/strong> gibt Empfehlungen zur Strukturierung, Organisation, Dokumentation und Ausstattung.
