Wir haben bei uns am Universit\u00e4ren Notfallzentrum des Universit\u00e4tsspitals in Bern seit August 2020 die \u201eresuscitative endovascular balloon occlusion of the aorta\u201c (REBOA) als Option zur temor\u00e4ren Blutungskontrolle bei schwerstverletzten Patienten verf\u00fcgbar. In den ersten 12 Monaten kam die REBOA bei sieben Patienten zum Einsatz.
