Durch integrierten Kamerachip und kleinen Monitor wird ein direkter Blick auf den Kehlkopf erm\u00f6glicht und sowohl mit normalen Macintosh\u2010Spateln als auch mit st\u00e4rker gekr\u00fcmmten Spezialspateln die Sicht auf den Kehlkopf verbessert.&#8220;<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Die Verbesserung der laryngoskopischen Sicht wurde auch f\u00fcr die pr\u00e4hospitale Intubation bereits <a href=\"http:\/\/traumateam.de\/unmittelbarer-vergleich-von-direkter-laryngoskopie-und-videolaryngoskopie\/\" target=\"_blank\">beschrieben<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Einige Standorte haben bereits die Videolaryngoskope f\u00fcr die pr\u00e4hospitale Atemwegssicherung eingef\u00fchrt. Dabei unterscheiden sich sowohl die Konzepte als auch die verwendeten Videolaryngoskope: W\u00e4hrend die einen das Videolaryngoskop f\u00fcr jede Intubation verwenden um einen hohen First-Pass-Success in der Notfallintubation zu gew\u00e4hrleisten und dabei auf Ger\u00e4te mit Macintosh-\u00e4hnlichen Spateln setzen, die sowohl eine direkte Laryngoskopie als auch eine indirekte Videolaryngoskopie erm\u00f6glichen, wird andernorts das Videolaryngoskop nur als Alternative bei bereits fehlgeschalgenem Intubationsversuch vorgehalten. Dabei kommen auch Ger\u00e4te zum Einsatz, die mit einen stark gekr\u00fcmmten Spatel nur eine indirekte Sicht auf die Stimmbandebene erlauben.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Innerklinisch wird die Videolaryngoskopie als eine wichtiger Baustein in der Beherrschung des schwierigen Atemwegs angesehen, entspricht dem Stand der Wissenschaft und hat bereits Eingang in die <strong>S1 Leitlinie zum Atemwegsmanagement<\/strong> der Deutschen Gesellschaft f\u00fcr An\u00e4sthesiologie und Intensivmedizin (DGAI) von Tim Piepho und Kollegen gehalten (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.awmf.org\/uploads\/tx_szleitlinien\/001-028l_S1_Atemwegsmanagement_2015-04_01.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">hier<\/a>).
