Mit dem Erscheinen der 4. u\u0308berarbeiteten und erweiterten Auflage des <strong>Manchester-Triage-Systems (MTS)<\/strong> wird dem Nutzer ein spezielles Pra\u0308sentationsdiagramm (\u201eMassenanfall\u201c) angeboten.<\/p>\n<p>Kogej M et al. \u00a0Das Pra\u0308sentationsdiagramm\u00a0\u201eMassenanfall\u201c des Manchester-\u00a0Triage-Systems.\u00a0Eine prospektive Untersuchung bei traumatologischen und nichttraumatologischen Patienten. Notfall Rettungsmed (<a href=\"https:\/\/link.springer.com\/content\/pdf\/10.1007\/s10049-021-00937-2.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>PDF<\/strong><\/a>)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">In der vorliegenden monozentrischen, prospektiven Studie wurden 215 traumatologische und 235 nichttraumatologische Patienten unter Verwendung des Pra\u0308sentationsdiagramms \u201eMassenanfall\u201c gesichtet und in eine der <strong>drei Sichtungskategorien (SK I\u2013III)<\/strong> eingruppiert.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Das MTS-Diagramm stufte die traumatologische Kohorte in 80 % der Fa\u0308lle korrekt ein. In 15,35 % erfolgte eine U\u0308ber- und in 4,65 % eine Untertriage. Hierbei wurde eine Sensitivita\u0308t\/Spezifita\u0308t von 84\/99 % fu\u0308r die <strong>SK I<\/strong>, 87\/78 % fu\u0308r <strong>SK II<\/strong> sowie 76\/94 % fu\u0308r <strong>SK III<\/strong> erreicht. Die nichttraumatologischen Patienten wurden in 59,57 % korrekt kategorisiert sowie in 15,75 % u\u0308ber- und in 24,68 % untertriagiert. Die Sensitivita\u0308t\/Spezifita\u0308t fu\u0308r SK I lag bei 50\/95 %, fu\u0308r SK II bei 49\/71 % und fu\u0308r SK III bei 73\/65 %.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Zusammenfassend war der Algorithmus leicht und schnell anzuwenden und identifizierte traumatologische Patienten mit lebensbedrohlichen Verletzungen treffsicher. Es wurde aber auch deutlich, dass die Diskriminante \u201eGehfa\u0308higkeit\u201c zu Beginn der Sichtung bzw. rein physiologische Entscheidungskriterien mit einer schlechten Testgu\u0308te einhergingen.
