Entzu\u0308ndliche Herzerkrankungen in der Notaufnahme:\u00a0Endokarditis, Myokarditis, Perikarditis. Notaufnahme up2date 2021; 3: 327\u2013348<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 1\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Entzu\u0308ndliche Erkrankungen des Herzens ko\u0308nnen alle Schichten des Herzens betreffen: das Endokard und die Herzklappen (Endokarditis), den Herzmuskel (Myokarditis) und den Herzbeutel (Perikarditis). Es handelt sich um ernstzunehmende Erkrankungen, die unbehandelt schwere Komplikationen mit sich bringen ko\u0308nnen. A\u0308hnlich hoch ist die Pra\u0308valenz der Hypokalia\u0308mie bei stationa\u0308r behandlungsbedu\u0308rftigen Patienten. Die Pra\u0308valenz von Hyperkalza\u0308mie und Hyperkalia\u0308mie liegt im niedrigen einstelligen Prozentbereich. Hierbei muss fast immer auch die Frage nach dem Volumenstatus und der daraus abzuleitenden Infusionstherapie fru\u0308hzeitig beantwortet werden. Dies ist keinesfalls trivial.
