Es wird empfohlen, mit einer Norepinephrin- oder Epinephrindosis \u2265 0,25 mcg\/kg\/min mindestens 4 Stunden nach Beginn der Behandlung zu beginnen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Kernaussage 59:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>59. Bei Erwachsenen mit Sepsis oder septischem Schock raten wir von einer H\u00e4moperfusion mit Polymyxin B ab<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Kernaussage 60: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>Die Evidenzlage ist nicht ausreichend, um eine Empfehlung f\u00fcr die Anwendung anderer Blutreinigungstechniken abzugeben<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Kernaussage 61: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>Bei Erwachsenen mit Sepsis oder septischem Schock empfehlen wir eine restriktive (statt liberale) Transfusionsstrategie.\u00a0Eine restriktive Transfusionsstrategie beinhaltet typischerweise eine H\u00e4moglobinkonzentration von 70 g\/L als Transfusionstrigger; die Transfusion von Erythrozyten<br \/>\nErythrozytentransfusion sollte sich jedoch nicht allein an der H\u00e4moglobinkonzentration orientieren.
