Ziel dieser Studie von Azeli et al. war es, die Wirksamkeit und Sicherheit von PLR w\u00e4hrend der CPR bei pr\u00e4hospitalem Herzkreislaufstillstand (OHCA) zu bestimmen.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Azeli Y et al. Clinical outcomes and safety of passive\u00a0leg raising in out-of-hospital cardiac arrest: a randomized controlled trial. Crit Care 2021; 25:176 (<a href=\"https:\/\/ccforum.biomedcentral.com\/track\/pdf\/10.1186\/s13054-021-03593-7.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">PDF<\/a>)<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Methoden: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>randomisierte, kontrollierte Studie<\/li>\n<li>verblindete Bewertung der Ergebnisse<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Ergebnisse: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>n=588 randomisierte F\u00e4lle\n<ul>\n<li>n=301 wurden mit PLR<\/li>\n<li>n=287 Kontrollen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>67,8% M\u00e4nner<\/li>\n<li>mediane Alter betrug 72 (IQR 60-82) Jahre<\/li>\n<li>Krankenhausentlassung\u00a0mit CPC 1-2:\u00a0PLR-Gruppe: 3,3 % und\u00a0Kontrollgruppe: 3,5 % (OR: 0,9; 95% CI 0,4-2,3, p=0,91)<\/li>\n<li>\u00dcberleben\u00a0bei Krankenhausaufnahme OR 1,0; 95% CI 0,7-1,6, p = 0,95)<\/li>\n<li>Patienten mit einem initial schockbaren Rhythmus (OR 1,7; 95% CI 0,8-3,4, p = 0,15)<\/li>\n<li>keine Unterschiede bei den Komplikationen im Thorax-R\u00f6ntgen [n=7 (25,9%) vs. n=5 (17,9%), p = 0,47] oder\u00a0Hirn\u00f6deme im CT [n=5 (29,4%) vs. n=10 (32,6%), p = 0,84]<\/li>\n<li>keine Unterschiede im Lungengewicht [1223 mg (IQR 909-1500) vs 1239 mg (IQR 900-1507), p = 0,82] oder Gehirngewicht [1352 mg (IQR 1227-1457) vs 1380 mg (IQR 1255-1470), p = 0,43] unter den 106 durchgef\u00fchrten Autopsien.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Schlussfolgerung:<\/strong> In dieser Studie verbesserte die PLR w\u00e4hrend der CPR nicht das \u00dcberleben bis zur Krankenhausentlassung mit CPC 1-2.
